Report a data issue →Purchases run through the Apple App Store, so refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple first. Anything Apple cannot fix, send to us.
Ask about billing →Questions about what the app collects, or a request under GDPR or CCPA. We hold no personal data and your scans never leave your device, so there is rarely anything for us to look up or delete.

Purchases are processed by Apple under anonymous IDs, so start a refund with Apple. If you need us involved, send your device and iOS version, the exact date and time the subscription started, the date and time of the transaction with a screenshot, your country and timezone, and the reason.
We cannot recover a scan you deleted, look up your account (there isn't one), or advise you on a trade. See the terms for why that last one is a hard line.
