1. Introduction

CryptoScreenerApp is built by VSB DEVS. We respect your privacy, and this policy explains what the app does and does not do with information when you use it.

The short version: there is no account to create, we do not collect personal data, and everything you build inside the app stays on your own device.

2. Data We Collect

We (the creators, authors and company) do not collect or store any personal data from users. We do use trusted third-party services for crash reporting and basic analytics, so that we can keep the app stable and fix what breaks.

• No personal information. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth or any other personally identifiable information. There is no sign-up, so there is nothing to hand over.
• No wallet or exchange connection. The app reads public market data only. It cannot connect to a wallet or an exchange account, cannot access funds and cannot place orders. We never ask for and never receive keys, seed phrases or exchange credentials.
• Crash and stability data. Third-party crash reporting may record non-personal technical details such as device model, operating system version, app version and the state of the app at the moment of a crash, so we can reproduce and fix it.
• Basic usage analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying counts, such as which screens are opened and the country the app is used in for language support. This is never tied to an individual.

3. Your Scans Stay On Your Device

All scans you create and save are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transfer or store them on our servers. That has one consequence worth stating plainly: we cannot access, retrieve or recover a scan you have deleted, and neither can anyone else.

Uninstalling the app removes the scans stored with it.

4. How We Use What Little We Collect

The limited technical data described above is used solely for:

• Identifying and fixing bugs, crashes and technical issues
• Determining the country of the user, for language support
• Improving app performance, stability and load times
• Understanding which features are used, so we know what to improve

This data is not identifiable to user nor trackable.

6. Market Data Accuracy

Any data shown in this app may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, inaccurate or outright false. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of anything displayed, and you are strongly advised to verify everything shown in this app against your own trusted source before acting on it.

7. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate third-party services such as Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. These services operate under their own privacy policies:

Purchases themselves are processed by Apple.

8. Usage Policy

• You can use this app to screen cryptocurrency markets and build scans for your own trading, for your company, or for anyone else you think it suits, as far as the law where you live allows.
• You are responsible for checking that cryptocurrency trading, and the use of a screening tool, is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for your own trading decisions and for verifying anything you act on against your own trusted source.
• You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree not to use the app for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
• You must not scrape, resell or redistribute the market data the app presents.

9. Your Rights and Controls

You keep control of everything:

• Delete any saved scan from inside the app at any time
• Delete the app and all data stored with it at any time
• Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to look up, export or erase in response to a GDPR or CCPA request. If you would like that confirmed in writing, write to us and we will confirm it.

10. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included. The app is intended for adults who are legally able to trade in their jurisdiction.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

CryptoScreenerApp is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for any financial or other losses arising from use of this application. Though the app has been thoroughly tested, you are advised to re-check and verify all information shown in it from an external trusted source.

12. International Users

The app can be used worldwide. Since we do not collect or store personal data, international data transfer regulations do not apply. Your saved scans remain on your device regardless of where you are.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live, including any restrictions on cryptocurrency trading.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date at the top. Changes take effect when they are posted here, so it is worth reviewing this page periodically.
