Terms - End User License Agreement

Overview

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and VSB DEVS (“Developer”, “We” or “Us”) governing your use of the CryptoScreenerApp mobile application (“App”) available on the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use CryptoScreenerApp on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This license allows personal or commercial use as permitted by law.

2. Restrictions

• You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• You may not use the App for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive or fraudulent activities.
• You must not attempt to bypass any security features of the App.
• You must not scrape, resell or redistribute the market data presented in the App.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by VSB DEVS.

4. Market Data

Any data shown in this app may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, inaccurate or outright false. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data shown, and you are strongly advised to verify any information shown in this app from your trusted source.

5. Your Scans and Your Data

Scans you build and save are stored locally on your device. We do not upload them, and we cannot access, retrieve or recover a scan you have deleted. We collect no personal data and the App has no account, no email requirement and no wallet or exchange connection. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions, Purchases & Payment

If the App offers paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases, payments are processed through Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Apple ID settings.

We do not process or store payment information. Subscription management, including cancellation, is in your Apple ID account settings.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services such as Google Firebase for analytics or crash reporting. Continued use of the App indicates your consent to such integrations. These services operate under their own privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, assets, layouts, text, indicator descriptions, UI elements and other intellectual property within the App remain the exclusive property of VSB DEVS. Scans you build remain yours; we claim no ownership over them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or that results will meet your expectations. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSB DEVS shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from the use or inability to use the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App from your devices.

12. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. We may revise this EULA periodically and you are advised to review it from time to time.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

14. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. By using the App you acknowledge and agree that Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement if necessary.
